nonAIme studio is an AI-powered platform for fashion image editing and video generation. The service uses artificial intelligence models from third-party providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Google Veo) to process and generate images and videos based on your inputs.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using nonAIme studio, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use nonAIme studio to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Create deceptive deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Generate content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
• Produce content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Upload images of individuals without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms.

6. User Content and Uploads

You retain ownership of images you upload to nonAIme studio. By uploading content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI through nonAIme studio is produced by third-party AI models and may not always be accurate, original, or free from defects. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may occasionally produce unexpected or undesirable results
• We do not guarantee that generated content is free from third-party intellectual property claims
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content appropriately
• Copyright protection for AI-generated content may be limited under applicable law

8. Credits and Payments

Certain features require credits, which can be purchased through the service via Stripe. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep nonAIme studio available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salimov Monoprosopi IKE and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
