Usage data: We collect basic usage analytics (pages visited, features used) through Vercel Analytics and Google Tag Manager to improve the service.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate nonAIme studio:

• Google Gemini API — AI image processing
• OpenAI API — AI image processing
• Google Cloud (Veo) — AI video generation
• Stripe — Payment processing (we do not store your payment card details)

We also use third-party cloud hosting, database, and analytics providers to operate and improve the service.

Images you submit for processing are sent to Google or OpenAI APIs for AI generation. These providers may process the data according to their own privacy policies.

5. Google User Data

When you sign in with Google, we access your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) solely for authentication purposes. We do not request access to any other Google services or data.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). Images are stored in encrypted cloud storage buckets. We use HTTPS for all data transmission and implement row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share your data with the third-party service providers listed above, solely for the purpose of operating the service.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Your account data and uploaded images are retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual images, sessions, and videos at any time through the application. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at office@salimov.de.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:
